Ms. SAM Chanthou
Chanthou has 10+ years experience in services and service operations within a hospitality and property management environment. A pioneer in the space of human resources and business operations, Chanthou is CEO. She started her professional career as a senior accountant in 2008, before moving on to work as HR and Development Manger at Amansara Princiere Resorts. Driven by her mission to provide exceptional customer care, her strengths are in developing and executing effective service strategies.
Chanthou has a Master of Commerce from the Charles Sturt University of Australia. She also earned the Negotiation Mastery Certificate from Harvard Business School Online.
Mr. KUEK Narin
Narin has been working in real estate industry for more than 20 years. From the very beginning, his role involves real-estate appraisal, property management and investment consultancy. Moreover, He is good at consulting real-estate with both local and international investors to create the investment opportunities. His unremarkable accomplishment was a property platform creation for one of the well-known real-estate company in Cambodia.
With a boundless of experience, Narin’s career has been developed to the top management level. Narin oversees the entire operation division with planning, organizing and leading.
Ms. SamOeun Lyvann
Head of finance
Lyvann has over 10 years of finance experience with a demonstrated history in working with hospitality and trading firms. Advanced knowledge in many applicable software such Finance& Accounting/Operation/Management and HR.
At Chestertons Cambodia, Lyvann plays an important role in defines the finance policy and procedure, involves in business planning and budgeting as well as supports the operation team.
Her key strengths as Head of Finance are managing finance, budgeting and contract managements.
She has the master degree of Finance.
Mr. Sea Bunsak
Bunsak has more than 20 years’ experience in hospitality operations with international luxury resorts company.
He is the operations manager who responsible in overseeing operational activities at every level of the company including hiring and training employees. Bunsak also involving in strategize the process improvements to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule. With the in-depth knowledge in daily operations, he is key player in deliver the high-quality services to the customers.
Bunsak graduated with a bachelor degree in hospitality management.
Ms. DOBSON Simone
property & facility management consultant
Simone has over 25 years of industry experience in the UAE/Middle East, EMEA cross borders and UK with Cambodia recently added. She is a Member of the Institute of Asset Management, the Institute of Strategic Risk Management, and maintains a membership with ASIS International (for security professionals). Noteworthy achievements include the handover from Construction to Operations and Defect Management for several large towers in the UAE, the provision of a Property and Facility Management strategy for 8 buildings (towers, schools and a foreign embassy); Condition Survey and 30 year Lifecycle Modelling for a museum; maximizing fund value at exit of 2 directly managed assets; Peer review of design for buildings and malls; and service charge modeling for commercial towers/properties.
Simone’s key strengths include managing real estate investments effectively and innovatively to deliver maximum returns to their owners by linking property and facility management practices to investment strategy.
Mr. CHUM Polin
HEAD OF PROPERTY AND ASSET MANAGEMENT
With 20+ years of experience in business plans and project management, Polin’s leadership has driven many teams to success. It is these strategic and organizational skills which are now put to use in his role as Head of Property and Asset Management. Other key strengths include business conflicts management and operational efficiencies.
Polin graduated with a bachelor degree and courses at Maharishi Vedic University.
